I know you institutional locksmiths have your CIL and other certifications, but in case you're interested in the ALOA and SAVTA PRP/STPRP certifications and you are within driving distance of central Kentucky, I thought I'd mention MBA's sponsorship of a PRP/STPRP sitting...

I'm going to copy and paste from here...

PRP Exam - 22 Nov. in Nicholasville, KY
MBA USA, Inc. will be sponsoring a PRP/STPRP exam at our location in Nicholasville, KY. The date for the exam is 22 November 2008 at 8:00am.

All PRP and STPRP levels will be offered at this exam sitting INCLUDING the CMST level.

An application can be downloaded from the MBA USA website, www.mbausa.com/education. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the application and information.

More information about the Proficiency Registration Program (PRP) can be found on the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) website, www.aloa.org/education. On this page you can click on "Certification Information" for information on the program, or "Certification Exam Schedule" for a listing of this and other exam sittings.

As a reminder, the PRP/STPRP exam application along with payment is to be sent to ALOA, not the sponsor.

Thanks for reading,

Andy

Just a note: Nicholasville is very centrally located- easy to reach from the East Coast, South, Central US and Northeast Corridor. Hotels in the area tend to be fairly reasonable, and it is a beautiful area.

A great place for testing and education!
